CHANGING LANES 2020
CRT and LCD activations for Fort Lane and Vulcan Lane
SyncTV would like to occupy vacant shop windows, at street level, to present two video loops. One is to commemorate the history of retail within the CBD, the other, to present a graffiti artist.

1: Retro TV Stack (Vulcan Lane)
Archive footage and motion graphics to show Aucklands CBD through time, including our city during our Level 4 Lockdown.
Please be aware that the space and distribution of images has the novel value of having (at times) the one image distributed and sync’d over all the screens.
2. Fort Lane
Here a graffiti artist is seen to create their mural from behind a sheet of glass that evolves to a finished art piece.
Below is an alternative from within Madriz Spanish Bar (permission in progress). Again, prerecorded and presented through LCD screen sitting within a faux gold-gilded frame.
